Sunday will always be my favorite day to reset. It’s great to close one week and open the next one with new goals and activities to do. That’s why is also my favorite day to pamper myself and plan for the week. Most of the time I put into practice these Sunday self-care ideas for women that want to succeed in the week, want to know about them?
These self-care ideas are perfect for women who don’t have time or lots of money to buy tons of self-care products. However, always remember that buying products for your care isn’t a waste of money, they’re investments. You are the best investment you could ever put money on cause you’re the only one who’s reliable and consistent in your life.
And, as I always say, don’t feel guilty for practicing selfcare, because this isn’t selfish. You can’t have the energy to help others if you don’t take good care of yourself.
Also, remember that self-care isn’t only skin care and hair care but many other things. When we talk about it, we have emotional, physical, social, spiritual, and intellectual care. This means that if you’re only doing skincare on Sundays, you’re neglecting all other areas of your well-being.
